We explicitly do not claim ownership or rights to the content uploaded by users. You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content to the App, you grant Whizpool a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You may not upload, post, or share content that is:

• Unlawful, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
• Offensive, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to content that promotes discrimination, violence, or harassment.
• Misleading or deceptive.

The App may display advertisements, including Google Ads. By using the App, you agree to the following:

• The ads displayed are provided by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies.
• We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the products or services advertised.
• You may choose to interact with the ads at your own discretion, and any interactions are solely between you and the advertiser.

We do not make any claims regarding the security of the App. While we implement reasonable measures to protect the App and user content, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to take their own precautions to secure their data.

• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the functionality or security of the App or interfere with the use of the App by others.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Whizpool does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whizpool shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
